Introducing Leadership Boost

 

What is it?

Leadership Boost is the synthesis of great people, practical tools and powerful resources. Most organisations have all three, yet for some reason, they never quite make the most of each other! Leadership Boost is a series of group coaching conversations that galvanises your leaders – bringing the best out of each other, and your leadership toolkit. Leadership Boost is about maximising both the investment you’ve already made, and the potential of your people.


* Most organisations have already got a great toolkit, it’s just not being used. If however your toolkit is light, we can help you Boost that too.

How does it work?

Leadership Boost sessions are short, sharp, facilitated group coaching workshops. Each workshop focuses on the following:

  • Building one key leadership capability

  • Utilising one practical tool or routine from your management / leadership toolkit*

  • Inspiring further personal growth and development through additional resources

Sessions are usually:

  • 90 minutes in duration

  • Delivered virtually through Teams or Zoom

  • Using online collaboration tools like Miro and Mentimeter

The Boost Philosophy

 
  • Keep what’s working – Reference and reinforce existing models, frameworks, learning content from your Learning team /toolkit

  • Enhance with relevant new content – to meet immediate leadership challenges (Emerging from Covid-19)

  • Deliver on-line – maximizing technology – easy access, live stream, screen share, break-out rooms, whiteboard, interactive surveys

  • Bite-sized learning modules – 60 – 90 minutes to fit in with busy schedules

  • ‘Sign-up’ / ‘on-demand’ - or fixed cohorts

  • Small Group Size – so everyone has a say (ideally 12-15)

  • Relevant topics – focused on immediate business needs / challenges

  • Learning focus both ‘useful now’ and ‘useful in the future’ – encouraging lifelong learning, new habits for the digital and agile world

  • Session format is Dialogue / Conversation as much as possible, sharing experience
